Jon brings to Imprint Learning Solutions an impressive learning and development track record in both Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer marketing. As one of Hewlett-Packard’s senior workforce development professionals for 14 years, Jon created programs that impacted the bottom line by hundreds of millions of dollars worldwide.
With his ability to identify strategically effective initiatives, he designed and delivered results-driven learning solutions and built consensus among senior executives on the need to provide the organizational support for managers to realize business results.
For eight years, Jon led the development and implementation of learning solutions across Hewlett-Packard’s marketing functions, including innovation and new product development; product lifecycle management; channel selection and management; pricing and profitability; communications; and Web 2.0 marketing. In 2009 alone, managers documented projected revenue increases of $65 million following the implementation of the tools and processes taught in Jon’s courses.
Jon has also developed marketing learning solutions for enterprise, SMB and consumer businesses, and has worked with global, region and country marketing organizations from around the world. In addition, Jon developed and conducted numerous competency assessments; consulted with senior marketing executives on marketing, development and human resources strategies; transformed a fragmented global group of colleagues into a powerful, strategic team; and saved more than $650,000 the first year following the creation and implementation of a strategic supplier initiative.
Jon has pioneered and mastered cutting edge learning approaches throughout his career, including face-to-face classes, e-learning courses, company-wide live webinars, live virtual training, intact team coaching, and social media. One of the projects he led won the 2008 Brandon Award for effective use of social media in a learning program.
Jon holds a B.A. degree from Occidental College and an M.A. in Human Resource Development from Azusa Pacific University in Los Angeles.
